Coronavirus pandemic: Club meetings at Scout Hut cancelled until further notice

Sorry to bring bad news but I would like to express my concerns regarding the new law that comes into place in England from Monday 14th September 2020. The government have said from this date it’s against the law to hold gatherings of more than 6 people indoor or outdoor excluding certain exemptions. We as a club are not an exemption. So this means holding a club meeting with more than 6 people would bring us trouble. Till any further notice there will no longer be any social club meeting at the scout hut. All activities will be online and on air. Please visit the club’s website and the calendar. Very sorry to have to do this and we shall all stay in touch.
